The Peace Dialogue Intensive
This program is designed to help you build a new inner relationship: one rooted in emotional clarity, nervous system safety, and self-trust.
In our weekly 75-minute sessions we:
• Identify the most “alive” thought, trigger, or pattern showing up in your life
• Give it space to be heard with compassion (instead of judgment)
• Uncover the deeper needs underneath the emotion (NVC-based)
• Use regulation practices and meditation to soften reactivity and bring you back into your body
• Move emotion through the body using music, breath, and embodied tantric practices
• Create a realistic take-home ritual so your healing becomes a lived practice
Over 8 weeks, you’ll strengthen your ability to feel, communicate, and choose from a grounded place not from survival mode.
